1. Overview

At Beststrcommodity, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines your rights regarding returns and refunds, in accordance with Norwegian consumer protection laws and EU regulations.

2. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable rules (including the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven) and, where relevant, the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

2.1 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this by:

You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Consumer name and address: [your details]. Date: [date]. Signature (if sent on paper)."

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal

3.1 Products That Cannot Be Returned

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Dietary supplements that have been opened or unsealed
  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Products that show signs of use

This exception is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive regarding sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

4. Return Process

4.1 Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning any product, please contact us at hello@beststrcommodity.world to initiate the return process. Include your order number and reason for return.

4.2 Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

4.3 Step 3: Ship the Product

Package the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or we made an error.

4.4 Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.

5. Refund Details

5.1 Refund Amount

We will reimburse you for:

  • The full purchase price of the returned product(s)
  • Standard delivery costs (if you return all items from an order)

We may deduct from the refund an amount for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

5.3 Refund Timeline

We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5-10 business days.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at hello@beststrcommodity.world with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect or damage
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

For defective or damaged products, we will:

  • Replace the product at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a full refund including return shipping costs

7. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product or if there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and cover all associated costs.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@beststrcommodity.world

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

10. Your Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights. As a consumer in Norway and the European Union, you have legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products. These rights are in addition to, and not replaced by, the rights set out in this policy.
